Metacognition in 16-19 Settings: A short survey exploring everyday teaching and learning

Welcome to this survey about teaching and learning strategies in 16-19 education.

We are inviting those involved in face-to-face teaching with 16-19 learners across school sixth forms, sixth form colleges, further education (FE) colleges and Independent Training Providers (ITPs) to take part in this survey. The survey explores how metacognitive practices are used in 16-19 teaching and learning contexts.

Your responses will help us better understand current perspectives and learning environments across the sector. The findings will inform future work aimed at supporting teaching and learning in 16-19 education.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will be kept confidential, stored securely and will only be visible to the research team at Oxford MeasurEd. You can find out more about how we will use your data in the privacy notice.

There are no right or wrong answers. We are interested in your honest views and experiences.
